Recently, a returning client from Country Heights Damansara entrusted us to deliver a 4-course private dining menu for 40 guests in their home, to celebrate a milestone birthday surrounded by close family and friends. The chosen menu featured a stunning surf & turf selection — all dishes were cooked and plated fresh on-site.

Thanks to their spacious and well-equipped kitchen, we were able to focus on precise plating, coordination, and quality control throughout the event. More intricate menu elements like our handmade demi-glace and custom cakes were pre-prepared in our production kitchens. This allowed us to serve elevated, restaurant-quality dishes with refined presentation, all within a short prep time.

The Chefs Involved

The event was helmed by our culinary director, Chef Kirby Goh, supported by a talented team: Chef Gavin Naoki Danna, Chef Taufik Bahar, Chef Taufiq Hidayat, Chef Izzati Faizal, Chef Myat Phong Aung, and Chef Suzana Khalid. Our chefs wore multiple hats that evening, flawlessly juggling their roles as chefs and waitstaff to ensure seamless service and unforgettable flavors.
