Collaborative Curry Recipe Development with Lakeland Dairies

A strategic collaboration was formed with Lakeland Dairies to support the development of innovative curry recipes. The focus was placed on replacing traditional santan with Millac Gold Cooking Cream. As a result, a new approach to curry formulation was successfully introduced.
Moreover, the project was designed to balance authenticity with accessibility. Therefore, both tradition and market suitability were carefully considered throughout the development process.

Menu Curation and Recipe Research by Chef Kirby Goh

The recipe development process was led by Chef Kirby Goh. During this phase, extensive research was conducted, and six distinctive curry recipes were developed. In addition, each recipe was curated to highlight the functional performance of Millac Gold Cooking Cream.
Meanwhile, spice compositions and heat levels were adjusted. Consequently, the flavor profiles were refined to suit the palates of consumers intenationally

From Scratch Curry Cooking Methodology

This project was not approached as a conventional recipe release. Instead, a full guide to curry production from scratch was created. Therefore, the use of instant pastes or ready-made curry bases was intentionally avoided.
Additionally, the recipes were developed using mostly raw Asian ingredients. As a result, foundational curry techniques were preserved while allowing modern dairy applications to be explored.

Recipe Book Distribution and Market Impact

Following completion, a professionally compiled recipe book was produced. Subsequently, the recipe book was made available for download and distributed to overseas markets. Therefore, the content was positioned for international use and adaptation.
Ultimately, the project was intended to contribute to sales growth and creative inspiration. In addition, new possibilities for using heavy cream in curry applications were demonstrated to global audiences.

Supporting Innovation in Curry with Millac Gold Cooking Cream

Through this collaboration, new ideas for curry development were introduced. As a result, Millac Gold Cooking Cream was positioned as a versatile alternative in traditional curry cooking.
Finally, the team’s collective effort was aligned with long-term brand growth. Therefore, culinary creativity and commercial objectives were successfully brought together.

Professional Photoshoot at Leaf’s Mark KL

All recipes were prepared and styled during a dedicated photoshoot session. The session was conducted at Leaf’s Mark KL, located in Intermark Mall. Furthermore, the restaurant operations and production flow were managed by Chef Kirby Goh.
As a result, visual consistency and culinary accuracy were maintained. Moreover, the images were designed to support both instructional clarity and commercial presentation.
