From 23rd to 26th July 2025, Ambrosial Feast Creations (AFC) had the honor of bringing something truly exciting to Archidex KLCC. In collaboration with @Teka Küchentechnik, our chefs embraced a bold challenge: to prove that premium home kitchen appliances can produce restaurant-quality creations.
The rules were simple. We could only use a microwave, a self-cleaning oven, and an induction hob. No professional kitchens. No specialized tools. Just pure creativity paired with Teka’s innovation.

4 Days, 4 Chefs, 4 Unique Culinary Journeys

Every day, a different AFC chef took the lead. Across four days, each one showcased their own style and flavor. This rotation gave visitors the chance to enjoy fresh menus daily, all crafted under the same equipment limitations.
The result? Food that amazed and delighted. Many visitors arrived thinking a professional kitchen was the only path to fine flavors. They left inspired, realizing that with the right mindset, home kitchens can deliver just as powerfully.

Chef Suzana Khalid & Chef Izzati Zainal

A renowned chef, celebrated for her mastery in pastries and cakes, stepped into a new spotlight. With the circumstances at Archidex, she decided it was the perfect time to go beyond the sweet table. Instead of only showcasing her delicate desserts, she also prepared hot dishes to surprise and delight the crowd.

Chef Kirby Goh

The one who started it all—the backbone of the structure, the planner, and the mastermind behind the AFC Group of Chefs. Sometimes, the main character must step forward. And when they do, it’s not just to lead but to remind the world exactly what they are capable of.

Chef Michelle Yap

From catering staff to home-based cook, and now the proud owner of her very own mini catering shop. She stands as a prime example of how a chef can begin with zero and is still rising through passion and perseverance.

Chef Fitri Paisan

A corporate chef for a major fast-food chain, he brings unmatched skills and sharp organization to the table. For him, a cooking demonstration with limited resources isn’t a challenge—it’s a breeze.
