The homestay was charming but far from ready for any kind of serious cooking. There was no proper kitchen, no dining table, and barely enough space to move around. On top of that, one guest was pregnant—so dietary needs had to be handled with extra care.
Most would’ve said no.
We said challenge accepted.

Portable Fine Dining, Delivered

Chef Suzana Khalid, together with Assistant Chef Gavin Naoki Danna, brought the restaurant to them. With portable equipment, their own dining setup, and a curated menu, they transformed the space from casual to elegant.
Every detail was considered. Tables, tools, ingredients, plating kits—everything came with us. The limited space didn’t hold us back. Instead, it fueled our creativity.

A Meal to Remember

Dinner began with a beautifully pan-seared duck breast, served with sautéed fine beans and baked chat potatoes, finished with a portobello mushroom jus. The main course followed—delicate salmon on a bed of leek potato purée, topped with a rich saffron beurre blanc sauce.
For dessert, a fragrant lavender burnt cheesecake made its entrance, brightened with raspberry sauce. Each bite was comforting, yet refined.
And to sip? A refreshing cranberry spritz mocktail, light and full of sparkle.

The evening wasn’t just about the food—it was about bringing people together.
It didn’t matter where they came from or how different their backgrounds were. Around the table, they shared stories, laughter, and connection.
